David Buoscio

As a third-generation attorney, David Buoscio learned early on what it means to serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families. Many of life’s most important lessons were passed down while working side by side with his father in the southeast Chicago law firm founded by his grandfather in the 1940s. Today, David focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning, and probate matters—areas of law that allow him to build and sustain relationships with other families that span generations.
“I feel very fortunate to have my personal and professional relationships so closely intertwined,” David says. “It not only brings out the best in my work, but helping clients protect their families and plan for the future makes what I do both enjoyable and gratifying.”
David earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana before receiving his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School-University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. In addition to decades in private practice, he brings significant title industry experience, having held positions with Stewart Title and ATA National Title Group.
Outside the office, David enjoys spending time with family, as well as writing songs and playing keyboards in Deep Cricket Night, an all-original, Chicago-based band.
