Mark D. Toljanic

Mark Toljanic is an accomplished attorney, Certified Public Accountant, and respected community leader with more than four decades of experience advising individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. After spending over 30 years practicing at one of the region’s premier law firms, Mark co-founded NTegrity Law with a singular purpose: to build the most accessible, client-focused business and estate planning law firm in Illinois.

Born in Warner Robins, Georgia, Mark has spent the majority of his adult life in the Chicago metropolitan area, where he has earned a reputation for delivering thoughtful, strategic, and results-driven legal counsel. His practice today focuses on general corporate law, complex business transactions, taxation, and the representation of nonprofit organizations, with an emphasis on helping clients navigate sophisticated legal matters with clarity and confidence.

Mark earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. He has been an active member of the Illinois State Bar since 1986 and has dedicated significant time to serving his community through various civic and volunteer roles in the Village of Arlington Heights.
